RETURN & EXCHANGE
Kindly be aware that colour of products may varies due to studio lighting used compared to actual products and it may appear darker or lighter. It WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE for refund or exchange.
Please be aware that, there might be 1cm - 3cm difference in the measurements given due to different stretchable quality of the material. Please ensure you select the correct sizes before making payment as it WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE for refund.
Exchange for difference sizes is allowed only when stocks are available, please reach out to us at Facebook or Instagram to check stock availability. Return shipping fee and exchanged item shipping fee are BORNE BY BUYER.
Promotional items or purchases done with discount code WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE for refund or exchange.
Accessories and shoes are NOT ELIGIBLE for refund or exchange.
Unsatisfactory items with reasons such as below are NOT ELIGIBLE for refund or exchange.
- Item does not fit
- Do not like the item
- Expectation on actual product quality vs picture not aligned
- Colour variation of actual item vs product's photos
- Slight size variation with plus minus 3 cm on measurement
- Minor imperfection, such as (loose threads, crease marks and etc)
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS UPON RETURN CONFIRMATION FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Item(s) must be returned in original condition(unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
Return is not applicable for sale/promotional items, accessories as well as specifically stated non-returnable / non-exchange items.
Defect items (ie. Part of the item is torn or stained) are allowed only for exchange but non-refundable.
Item with stained within 1 to 3 centimetre are NOT ELIGIBLE for refund or exchange.
Proof of defect must be reported via our official messenger to our customer service within 1 day after parcel received by buyer. Any defective product report on Day 3 after parcel received will NOT ELIGIBLE for return and exchange.

- 01.02.2020 (Day1), defect report will be review
- 02.02.2020 (Day2), defect report will be review
- 03.02.2020 (Day3), defect report will NOT be review
To avoid loosing return parcel, you are recommended to delivery service provider that insures your parcel and provide tracking details.
Please note that, items are at your responsibility until it reaches at our end.
All return/exchange request will be process within 5 working days once we received the items.
All return/exchange request must be report via email to email@example.com.
We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn't meet all mentioned conditions.
All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined and forfeited.

2. Our customer service will reply you within 1 or 2 working days. E-mail received during weekends or public holiday will be respond on next working days.
3. Once you received return confirmation from our customer service, kindly proceed to arrange return delivery attention to below details :

4. Once return parcel has been arranged, please send us the parcel tracking id with the same e-mail chain.
5. Operation hours for customer service is Mon - Sun (11am to 8pm).
Important Notice :
1. Order number must be written clearly next to shipper name and tracking number MUST be provided in order for our customer service to know parcel belongs to you.
2. Any return parcel received without order number or tracking number given will not be attended.
